Purchasing this Partner Kit Imagicle grants to the partner a free pass to the Imagicle Academy training resources for the period of the partnership.

 

Support & Software Maintenance Services

 

Imagicle has developed an all-inclusive technical support and software maintenance program for its software fulfilling customer’s requirements worldwide and offering its channel partners the needed support for their daily work.

Customers in case no partner has been involved in the sale and installation.

Two Support & SW Maintenance programs are available to customers, mainly through partners:

  • Imagicle Care Basic (1 year subscription plan)
  • Imagicle Care Gold (1 or 3 years subscription plans)

 

Every Imagicle software product includes 12 months of Imagicle Care Basic maintenance from the online activation of the product. Further renewals can be purchased from Imagicle through its channel partners and distributors.

 

A complete online set of support resources and a team of 6 specialists are always ready to support customer calls in 5 different languages (Italian, English, German, French and Spanish).

Roadmap

The Imagicle Portfolio is based on state of the art and reliable applications, which have been improved on a day-by-day development thanks to thousands and thousands of installations worldwide.

 

Imagicle usually provides 2 minor releases per year and a new major every 2 years.

Minor releases as per Imagicle policy contains bug fixes, new features and product enhancements based on customer and market requests.
Bug fixes are released within build on the same minor release when needed.

End of Life Policy

During this innovation process some products can be withdrawn from the pricelist (End of Sale) because replaced with a more advanced one or dismissed.
 
Customers can updgrade to the new product if available and get always uptodate Imagicle products (upgrade is included with the appropriate Imagicle Care plan), or plan the upgrade as per their needs.
